> One of my clients has a complicated scheduling task that used to take many, many hours to perform. She found the FAST scheduler by Unique Scheduling Solutions, dramatically simplified her scheduling job.  It allows my client to describe the detailed requirements for each activity and to specify all the limitations that she must consider in order to make her schedules work.  With the FAST scheduler, any activity can require as many resources as she wants to consider.  Most other applications I found could handle just one resource at a time.  My client can even describe activities that require people and equipment just part of the time.  Because of its flexibility, it takes very little effort to set up the initial data.  However, once the initial requirements are in the system, she found the user interface easy to navigate and make modifications.  I would highly recommend the FAST scheduler if you have people, facilities, and equipment that have limited availability.
