Uploading vendor invoices at end of month for owners not efficient > > Overall very efficient and adaptable to our needs, easy to use and to teach to staff. Customer service is quick and efficient. The updated connection to the Platforms (Escapia Connect) is efficient and fast to upload properties and connect (this could be a little more efficient- we load all the information in the New Units page, then we have to correct it in Escapia Connect manually, e.g. the Amenities - Internet/WiFi, bed configuration, parking. Trying to teach staff how to do these processes is quite complicated. The new Communication page is good but should have a 'SENT' window so you can see what messages / emails have been sent out as well.
