Every plan, including the free one, has the whole product in it: invoicing, bills, bank reconciliation, stock, projects, multi-currency, and VAT and MTD Income Tax filing to HMRC. Plans differ only in the monthly credits that pay for the automation, such as bank lines coded and receipts and bills read. The ledger itself is free for one business, with 1,000 credits to try the automation and no card needed. Paid plans add a monthly credit allowance, emailing invoices and reminders from the app, and CIS and Companies House filing. Practice plans give each client their own IQ Books, with no per-client or per-user fees. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT; annual billing saves 15%.
