Everhour is great !

Pros:

Easy to setup and to use, the tea adopted it really quickly

I like the integration with asana, because it makes it easy to track each task - better price making; better overview

Cons:

I dont like the roles. Due to approvals of timesheet we at the moment have more than 10 admins..Even though I choose option: Admin*, I think it would be easier and more user friendly to add a possibility "timesheet approvals" for "SUPERVISORS". At that moment it would be easier for me to set up (now i need to check what the admin* can or cannot see in Everhour and sometimes I need to make bigget concessions that I would like to.

If you want to keep it easy, go for Everhour

Comments: Everhour helped me become more organized and learn how to effectively keep track of my time, as it was the first tool I've used as a time tracker, and the fact that I could immediately connect the time spent on a project with the time tracked spared me much time.

Pros:

Everhour it's easy to use and it's designed so you can immediately visualize what your team is doing and how you're investing your time. This is what I like most about the tool, as a quick look is enough to know.

Cons:

I don't like its homepage, as I didn't need some of the features and I found it unnecessarily complicated. But some other people may think differently, that's my take because I only needed the time tracking and project management section.

Pros:

I have more control on the time I spend on each project.

Sometimes when i put the comments on the comment area I have to go through some clicks more than I would like.

Solid Time Tracking software

Comments: We've trialed most leading time tracking and project management platforms.
Everhour meets our specific needs to be able to log hours against client projects and easily issue real time reports with account statements.

Pros:

project time tracking, the reporting, support was very good.

Cons:

Would like to be able to use more than 1 tag for a task without it creating a new line item on the reports.

I would love a cheaper per-person rate for contractors needing basic time-tracking capability. I would love it if the reporting setup was a little easier and template-driven.

Robust time tracking app

Pros:

I love the ability to integrate with Monday.com, and track activities while tasking.

Cons:

I didn't see an easy way to reference a weekly calendar in which I could easily review and edit time-based (clock based) logs / entries, but I believe this might be a feature under development.

Everhour ClickUp Integration Saves Makes Time Entry Simple

Pros:

We've collectively saved hundreds and hundreds of hours across our 20-person company since we integrated Everhour with ClickUp just over three months ago. It's made time tracking so simple and intuitive.

Cons:

Sometimes it's difficult to search for projects because the project names get truncated too much – I've only used Everhour for time-tracking in ClickUp, so this could be an integration limitation.

Comments: It has been a very helpful tool that is used every work day.

Pros:

It is integrated into everything: google docs, sheets, etc. I love the extension feature in my browser so I can quickly view my activity and start/stop the timer anywhere. The app's integration in the app clickup is something I use every day.

Cons:

sometimes the timer is laggy or won't stop when I click stop. Not entirely sure if its my computer or not though.

Everhour makes managing our projects and team more effective

Pros:

We track our time directly in our project management tool. It makes budgeting easier and more effective, saving us time and keeping our attention in the place where we do all of our work: Asana.

Cons:

It would be great if the accounts payable side of Everhour integrated with Xero, i.e., what we owe to contractors. Then it would be a complete package!

Excellent intergration with ClickUp

Comments: Very positive. I've used Everhour standalone, integrated with Asana and ClickUp and it's the best time tracking platform I've used!

Pros:

The integration with clickup was intuitive, easy to set up and the immediate syncing between the platforms is impressive. I really like the flexibility of the reporting and the multiple ways you can add time for your daily tasks.

Cons:

Minor things like sharing reports and problems if I move tasks between projects in ClickUp, they get orphaned in Everhour.

Everhour has seamless integration

Comments: Great time tracker and great integrations. We would recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

One of the biggest reasons we chose Everhour was for the two integrations it has with Asana, and with Quickbooks.They are now seamlessly integrated where we can track time in Everhour or in Asana without them feeling disconnected or incongruent. The Asana integration has worked great for our time tracking needs.Our Quickbooks client and project list is our single source of truth. With Everhour it was able to take those lists and integrate them just as we needed it to. When we create invoices through Everhour it does a great job of copying them to Quickbooks.

Cons:

Our biggest problem (and truly the only hitch right now) is that we have to manually export all of our invoices from Everhour to Quickbooks. We wish that this could be a simpler and less manually intensive route where we don't need to click through every client and we end up with 50+ tabs that have created the invoices.We wish we had a more dedicated page to send off the Invoices quickly and effortlessly, while still being able to edit the line items and expenses. (Further, why aren't we able to create invoices that only have expenses in them more easily?)

Robust & Reliable

Pros:

Easy to use and deploy. Reporting and dashboards make the tool an ally in making resource decissions. Definitively gets you the value for the money.

Cons:

No cons recorded, most of the constraints on the project were mostly associated to Trello setup.

Pros:

Very easy to set up and use. I can generate different kind of reports.

Cons:

I would like to have more reminders options. Since we're working in french university, I would like to have the possibility to get the settings in french.

A great tool for teams using Asana

Comments: Everhour has many excellent features, including attaching allocated hours to projects. When coupled with Asana for project management, it makes the process of employee time tracking a breeze!

Lack of an pull-down menu option for Notes.

Comments: I can easily track my expenses per project and generate necessary reports.

Ease of access. Great user experience. Performance is nice.

Cons:

Pricing model can be more flexible. It's not so cheap per user. I'd rather not pay for administration as they don't necessarily need to log their hours.

Comments: Really great, it's great to track time and keep track of expenses for billing reports.

Review from initial impressions of using Everhour.

Comments: It has a lot of useful functionality over other time management systems I've used. Overall first impressions are very positive. For your information I didn't give any review on value for money as I'm not aware of the costs.

Pros:

Reporting of project hours and invoicing.

Cons:

Took a bit of time to get used to the various settings in Everhour. Once you are familiar with what they are used for its fine. I had one reporting issue which I've raised with Everhour support and they have been responsive. I haven't explored the full range of reports yet so early days for me from a user perspective.

This is great and all, except when you work weekends.

Pros:

I like the integration with Asana. Works well.

Cons:

I work weekends and I can't find where to adjust the time tracking schedule, that's not my fault if it's not visible or under the control of my boss. The users should be able to control it without bothering anyone else. It's annoying getting "not tracking" notifications during my day-offs.
