I'm glad I did. The platform is excellent, paired with genuinely helpful customer service. I recently contacted Brevo support about a transactional email delivery issue that was not straightforward to diagnose. Before raising the ticket, I had already used Brevo’s portal to inspect the delivery logs, which were detailed and easy to follow. The support response was excellent. Brevo replied within a couple of hours, investigated the specific recipient mail routing at the time of delivery and explained exactly where the rejection came from. The level of detail went well beyond a generic support response or a link to a help article. The combination of traceable transactional email logs and support that was willing to properly investigate the case gives me a lot of confidence in the platform. Deliverability issues can be messy, but this experience made me feel that Brevo has our back when something does not behave as expected. > > **Cons**: I do not have any major cons to raise.
