Comprehensive customised client management

Comments: It has been a very powerful tool to capture our work and help us track our progress. With the onset of the pandemic it meant that we could all share our work online while working from home and stop using paper files. The ability to capture our data and bulk upload to DEX has been excellent. With the floods in Lismore in Feb this year (2022) having the online system meant we had no loss of files when our office was inundated by flood waters

Pros:

We can fully customize fields for our needs so that it is tailored for us. The software can be easily adjusted as our needs change. It can be mapped to the Commonwealth Government DEX reporting database to enable us to easily upload our activities and outcomes straight from our notes! It has saved us much time due to this. I also like to option for new developments - updates that are based on customer feedback and the option to pay for software development specific to our needs.

Cons:

It is HUGE learning curve and can be challenging to understand and learn how to program/customise. The system does rely on some intrinsic IT knowledge which is not knowledge commonly held by employees in human services type sectors such as ours. Luckily there is great support to assist the user. There is still so much I do not yet understand about the system and how to get the most our of it.

Great software - easy to adjust to your requirements

Comments: Despite some confusion, the HelpDesk has been very fast to reply and provide step by step instruction and clarification on what was needed.

Pros:

The flexibility and ease to modify it to be closely fit for purpose.

Cons:

Some confusing steps (until learnt) when creating modules etc .

Pros:

There is great deal of flexibility with customisation of fields and categories which allows us to easily meet changing demands for stakeholder management internally .

Cons:

There are always areas for improvement both with how our organisation uses ChilliDB and from a ongoing system enhancement perspective. We don't always understand what it can do and documentation on changes to the system and understanding some of the capabilities could be improved to assist our understanding and use..
