> I use pipedrive from a client onboarding point of view.  This means I need to follow up with potental leads as they progress through the sales pipeline which eventuates with them being a customer.  The ultimate goal is to have them onboarded as a customer.  I like the fact that every correspondence is tracked including outlook emails.  This means anyone associated with the client can visit one central point in Pipedrive and get a clear visibility of the status of the project.

> **Pros**: Pipedrive is ace for managing our sales pipeline. It's really intuitive, which is great for onboarding new sales reps.  I haven't had any dramas with tracking deals and keeping everything organized. The reporting features are pretty good too.

> **Cons**: To be honest, it's not as feature-rich as some other CRM systems I've used. It could do with some extra marketing automation tools. Also, the mobile app could be a bit better. But that's about it.
