> **Pros**: Self service on stamp pod is a great feature to free up my staff’s time. Certain loyalty programs require additional time to get the customer’s phone number to register and stamp adds unnecessary friction.

> **Cons**: Reward expiry isn’t clearly reminding customers their rewards are expiring. I wish The stamp pod would give us a nice loud chime when stamping, it’ll add to the satisfaction of adding a stamp and let my staff know if we have any cheeky customers. it currently doesn’t.

I suppose if I have to add something it’s the fact that I had to reach 100 characters before submitting this review. It’s very difficult to do that if you have nothing bad to say.

> **Pros**: I like that it is very simple to use, and a business can have many different pages for different loyalty offers,

> **Cons**: Ottimo doesn't use the stamp pod as its a little hard to keep track if customers are on the right page. The only issue is that it becomes a little harder for customers to use the app with the QR code - as they have to click cancel on the pop up that comes up for the pod. And then after that they still have to then click "scan a QR code" at the bottom of the page. If the pop up can be removed and the screen goes straight to the camera screen that would be awesome.
