WordPress is the way to go

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Pros:

I've been growing with this platform as a developer and entrepreneur. It has been an amazing journey so far because it has shifted from a "blog platform" to a "do whatever you want with it" platform. In my company we've already worked with SO many different project - and some really big. The flexibility of WordPress is amazing and if we know how to work with it, this can be very powerful! I'm obviously referring to the open-source solution, not the wordpress.com version.

Cons:

The well known cons are related to the way WP saves information into database and how it works with it. That's basically the biggest problem with it. But that's also something that when we know what we are doing, we can actually play with our own tables or even our separate database, Everything is possible!

The best Wysywig editor

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Since around 2016, it's been good. I don't like that it has been moved to jetpack recently.

Pros:

Simplest and cost effective way for us to have and update our websites and blogs

Cons:

Not very flexible. Websites look similar.

Wordpress Development

Comments: positive using it every day as part of my job, and always learning new things and ways to achieve what I want to achieve.

Pros:

simple to use easy to add plugins, and themes to - easy for client to manage their own site and amend content

Cons:

in its raw form as a platform, its pages are cumbersome to style without a plugin/theme added. also export/import doesn't always work as expected not pulling all the information from the pages/posts or graphics on occasions
