There's an ATS which we haven't set up since we adopted the system a few years ago. > > **Cons**: We tried to adopt Paycom for our Australian operations but the app didn't work in that region and we encounter roadblocks (social security numbers don't exist in Australia but it was required for log in, payroll tax rates couldn't be adapted for this region). Ultimately, we could have tried to make it work but when we were looking into it, our management team decided to proceed with a local product. We were informed that the system would work in Australia but when it came to implementation it didn't - left a sour taste with the management team. User interface is also old-fashioned and looks clunky from the 90s. > > I use paycom to track our US team's learning, but there's no easy way to create a report just for that team so I have to resort to going into each user profile one by one to check if they have completed certain training.
