There's an ATS which we haven't set up since we adopted the system a few years ago. > > **Cons**: We tried to adopt Paycom for our Australian operations but the app didn't work in that region and we encounter roadblocks (social security numbers don't exist in Australia but it was required for log in, payroll tax rates couldn't be adapted for this region). We were informed that the system would work in Australia but when it came to implementation it didn't - left a sour taste with the management team. These transitions are often random, and unannounced. I have found that who you get as your team is a coin toss. You may get someone extremely competent, or you may get someone who's aloof and just wants to see features as add on's to the account. Response times regarding major issues are often lackluster. When a response is given, then what happens is the answer are vague, or not accurate.
