So even when I feel like I may get confused or frustrated with the installs or instructions, the support staff is always easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. > > **Cons**: Nothing that I can speak to currently. I have had no complaints from the end users. > > The company customer service is extremely great. The licensing is very inexpensive compared to much more complex competing products. While there are concurrent user license limitations, the reality is that no where near all of the users are concurrently logged into the tool, so in effect, the number of users is practically unlimited and this is important for risk ownership, updating risks, system-generated emails, etc. There is immediate support of the product by the vendor. > > **Cons**: The product does not have customizable fields, i.e., creation and use of additional fields specific to our environment.
