> **Pros**: It allows me to review 10 virtual interviews in the time it would take to complete 1 phone screen.  I can share the virtual interview with other users/managers and can compare candidates easily.  This is a time saver all the way around and lets us review all candidates to hire the most qualified vs. just the first acceptable candidates.  I have used this system for 5 years in both a large company setting and a small company setting and it is fantastic in both.  I would encourage any company to try this system.  It will change they way you hire and save a ton of time in the process.
