Pros:
I like how it integrates all of the business functionalities into one software system. It is extremely easy to use and the support people are beyond friendly and helpful.
Cons:
They are constantly working on new updates and features. I'm hoping their next update will allow access to individual contacts from the reporting page.

It was a platform that allows every department from call center, to sales, to production to the great reporting.
Cons:
The mobile application and not full access to edit documents for the templates on a macbook.

Comments: It has been an overall positive and successful implementation within our company.
Pros:
It's ease of use and implementation as a CRM. It has very good use for automating customer relations messaging, keeps track of customer information well, and does great for multi-market companies.
Cons:
Pulling reports can become an issue as there are sometimes issues with being able to put all information needed onto one report, such as pulling leads to sales. You have to pull one report at a time and can't pull all the information into one section sometimes.
Great Entry Level CRM
Comments: Easy to use and a decent product that is extremely affordable as an entry level CRM.
Pros:
Marketsharps cost is absolutely the most competitive for a CRM. If you are in home improvement and need a CRM cheap, this is the one.
Cons:
Customization is the biggest downside. If you have custom fields you need to track for specific product types, you are very limited in what you can do.

Comments: Customer service has been the best we have ever had with any CRM program and we love how easy it is to get help almost immediately with anything we need.
Pros:
I love that we can set up automated emails and text messages to go to our clients
Cons:
Scheduling installations and assets has been difficult but not sure we know exactly how to use for what we need yet.
