Under promised and OVER delivered!!!
Comments: We chose Method:CRM because of it's awesome integration with Quickbooks! We have been pleasantly surprised by the amazing training we have received from our success coach Phuong Phan. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but we enjoy her kind personality. Her style has made it easier for use to glean the information and apply what we learn to our business. GIVE PHUONG a raise!!!
Pros:

Cons:
No current integration with Voice over IP phone systems!. We think it would be awesome to be able to click and dial directly the customer from inside Method:CRM. (FYI: SalesForce and Insightly CRM has this option right now.) Please STRONGLY consider this. It would save us a lot of prospecting time! Thank you!
If you want great customer service, Method is your CRM
Comments: Method support staff is great. Every issue we've ever had has been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Following up with a phone call after the issue is resolved to make sure all aspects of our concerns are addressed is an added touch not commonly found in CRM customer support.
Pros:
The layout of this CRM makes finding what you are looking for simple and fast. Customer service is top notch.
Cons:
My main issue is that when you want to add a recurring booking in a schedule the default end date is the next calendar year. It's easy to overlook the year when only booking something that lasts a few days or weeks.
Alternatives Considered: Thryv and Vonigo
Reasons for Switching to Method CRM: We didn't need all the features of other CRMs

Basic User Friendly CRM
Comments: Method works as a good management tool, but needs some improving to compete with the other CRM softwares available.
Pros:
The CRM has a user friendly interface. I like that the dashboard is customizable.
Cons:
There is no information available in regards to the overall performance of individual sales reps. We have had some issues with information populating correctly from Quickbooks. However, the Method team was able to resolve.

Providing a method that eliminates paper madness
Comments: It's a basic CRM that provides basic functionality for small businesses but having come from enterprise-level CRM called Salesforce, I am unaware of the full configuration potential of Method which is why scheduled the free 1 hour personalization discussion with a Method rep in a couple of weeks.
Pros:
Ability to generate an estimate from an opportunity
Cons:
The lack of my ability to upload contact data in mass to the CRM system. I also struggle with personalization on my own sales reporting/default views, etc. but wonder if it is because we have so few users and basic functionality?
