One of the reasons we originally went with this ehr was because they sold us on the compliance component. Turns out that that when they sometimes do system updates it throws off our compliance alerts. We brought this to their attention with documentation and they dismissed it. When diagnosing, the system does not have a "met criteria" section. Some electronic systems allow for the diagnostic criteria to have a checklist associated with each diagnosis. This checklist associates with the diagnostic criteria identified in the DSM 5. This allows for the support to be provided and justified in selecting the proper diagnosis. > > The overall experience has been positive.
