It works well with positions and structures, and has a lot of features that tend to work well with government type of structures such as health care, libraries, etc. We have a lot of part time workers,and overall approximately 250-300 active employees at any time. It can handle a lot of different benefit plans, and differing contractual arrangements. Many built in reports are easy to use but the custom program has limitations that are not proving supportive in terms of data extraction.
