> From the looks of it, this software seemed to be everything our shop needed. And it was cheap. Other reviews I've seen prior to purchasing it suggested it was very buggy but I figured for the price, I might be able to deal with that. From the very beginning before I even purchased the software, their system somehow forgot my password and I was told it was a problem on their end. Then I attempt to use a demo that had very limited functionality. Again, I figured I'll try it out so I paid the money and downloaded the program which took about 4 days of emails back and forth to customer support trying to find out why it wasn't working on my end. I was basically told I'd have to activate the software for it to work so I did. Long story short, it worked but only sometimes. Some windows would freeze, others would just shut off. Logging in was even a chore.  About 15 emails back and forth I'm fed up and spending the money on a professional program. Of course I can't get my money back from auto soft because once activated, there are no refunds. Which would be understandable if I didn't have to activate it to even get it to work in the first place.
