### "Safe, Secure, and efficient VPN solution" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: Global connect is an efficient and a very secure VPN solution. There are no mid-session drop-outs of connections as reconnections are mostly seamless. You may need to use an autheticator password (Google authenticator in our case) to login to the app effectively providing a second layer of authorisation (2FA) making it quite secure.
> 
> **Cons**: Every time the we have to reset our system password, Global connect tends to get blocked and has to be manually reset by the IT team. Also, you're unable to use even basic internet on the laptop unless you're connected to the vpn.
> 
> Our organisation brought in Global Connect to replace Cisco Anyconnect as the VPN solution for logging onto the organisations servers. While there were frequent disconnection issues with the previous solution, global connect tends to be more stable and secure. Overall, I'd recommend to other users.
