GO1 is Employment Hero's integrated learning management platform. GO1 allows you to create your own learning modules which we used for our internal training. > > **Cons**: The training that you create in GO1 be deleted\! If you've made a mistake or created the wrong content you cannot delete it. You can only change the training title and content to one that you need. The system is very slow to respond, e.g. I delete an assignment (training assigned to a user), but the assignment remains despite multiple page refreshes and notifications from the system saying that assignment has been removed. The system also sends email notifications to a manager if their employee hasn't completed training but even though employees have done it, managers have still received them. Users also still have their training status show as assigned when they have in fact completed them. GO1 also doesn't let you update a user's email if it was used previously when they worked for another organisation. You can have to contact support to get this done. The craziest things is that to download reports into CSV, I was asked to learn how to convert JSON into Google Sheets. They gave me instructions from Github on how I need to do this\! While you're creating content on certain pages, move your mouse a little bit and your page is lost - it's actually gets saved as draft. The system is not intuitive. If you want to create completion reports to see the completion status of multiple training modules, you'll need to get the IDs of those training modules and enter each of them into the filters of your search. > > I'm logging tickets with GO1 almost every 2-4 weeks. Easily the software that I've logged tickets with the most. I'm told that this is the way things are - even though they inefficient. I'm also told that it's not GO1 fault.
