Every plan includes centralized deployment of the Outlook add-in for the whole organization, unlimited signatures and Microsoft 365 group targeting, real-time directory data (name, title, phone), a visual editor, signatures on Outlook mobile, Law 25 compliance with audit logs, and support.

Billing is per seat: a seat is a distinct sender address that receives a signature during the cycle. Shared mailboxes don't consume a seat. Added seats are prorated; you can switch from monthly to annual at any time.

Nonprofits, municipalities, healthcare institutions and public sector bodies: CA$0.75 per user per month, on request.

MSPs and resellers: CA$0.50 per seat per month. Manage all your clients' signatures from one console, set your own client pricing and keep the margin. Your own signatures are free.
