Starting with Estimates which can generate quick quotes that can be emailed directly to the customer. When the customer accepts the quote, it can be used to rapidly create the sales order, which can then easily start the job in the factory. Then the schedule calculates when the job will be started and finished, assigning the best and available resources to get the job completed on-time. If some materials are not in stock, then the purchasing function calculates what is needed, and if vendor quotes are recorded, who is the best vendor to get it from considering cost and delivery time. It keeps a lot of varied admin tasks in one place and automated. > > **Cons**: It's not the nicest software to use, it's a bit clunky, especially using alongside other software when trying to position windows.
