It is relatively easy to use, and once implemented, the day-to-day functions are straightforward. The primary reason we have remained with Unleashed for the past three years has not been because it has exceeded our expectations, but because of the significant time and resources required to implement and migrate to a new inventory management system. > > **Cons**: The biggest disappointment has been the customer support. Response times regularly stretched to one to two weeks, which is simply unacceptable for business-critical software. On multiple occasions, the solution offered was to upgrade to a paid "Customer Success" plan rather than addressing the lack of timely support. We also experienced ongoing issues with the Production module, particularly around BOMs and assemblies, where automation was unreliable and often required manual intervention or workarounds. To make matters worse, our monthly subscription was increased by $100 without any prior notification or authorisation. Eight days after requesting an explanation, we were advised that the Production module we had been using for three years had become an additional paid feature. Poor communication, slow support and unexpected pricing changes have ultimately led us to make the decision to migrate to another inventory management system. > > We have used Unleashed for approximately three years. On numerous occasions we have waited up to two weeks for responses to support requests, which is simply unacceptable when you rely on the system to operate your business. Rather than resolving these service issues, the response was to suggest we pay an additional $100 per month for their "Customer Success" plan. After putting up with suboptimal support for three years, I was extremely disappointed to discover that our monthly subscription had been increased by $100 without any prior notification or authorisation. Eight days after submitting a request for an explanation, I was finally advised that the Production module we had been using for the past three years was now considered an additional paid feature. At no point were we notified of this change before the increased direct debit was taken. Software pricing can change, and I understand businesses need to review their products. However, increasing a customer's direct debit without clear prior communication or authorisation is not acceptable. Combined with the ongoing poor support experience, this has significantly eroded our confidence in the platform.
