> **Pros**: The system is customizable to fit the needs of the institution.  Forms can be modified, room information can be as detailed as needed.  The grids that show what spaces are available are easy to understand and click on for additional information.

> **Cons**: The software is a bit intimidating for the average person to go in and make a event request.  There's just so much on screen at once.  The event request button is small and easy to miss.  When the form opens, it's one big form.  I'd rather have a wizard that walks us through the process.  Basic info, then click Next.  Select dates of event, then click next,  Select rooms, then click finish.  I think the ability to break things down a little bit would take some of the intimidation factor out of it and actually encourage students to use the system more rather than calling in their requests.

> Overall good.  The customer support from Ad Astra has been really good.  It accomplishes our goals of scheduling and keeping other campus entities (i.e. Custodial Services) in the loop as to what is happening in campus facilities.  I've seen a lot of product improvement on Astra over the last several years and I expect this will continue.

> **Pros**: A great about Astra is that you can make different accounts for different administrators and have them create all the events they need. Once they are all in, they are available for you to see and approve.

> **Cons**: One bad thing is that you cannot get  Astra to connect with Outlook, which would make it much easier to setup calendar and send notifications of changes.
