> **Pros**: Our learning curve was pretty quick. Some of the staff was surprised at how fast it was up and running. We noticed a slight improvement to our profit margin in the first month. A better improvement in the 2nd month. Continuing to climb.

> **Cons**: One of our managers thought the dashboard looked a bit busy but I don't see that a negative, per se.
> 
> I'd say the biggest benefit was the improvement in profit margin. I think the ability to actually know what our pricing looks like and have the confidence in the overall situation is another benefit. We just didn't know before. We are starting to add competitor monitoring to it right now so it's too early to tell how that will turn out.
