Cons:
Setting up the software is pretty tedious and support access can be limited for any questions outside of the help forums. MYOB integration could have more in-depth information considering it is a MYOB product.

As someone who has worked in technology for over 25 years as a developer, Senior Business Analyst, and Quality Control and Tester Manager, I can confidently say that I've never encountered a CRM that offers such comprehensive manufacturing and inventory features. This combination is perfect for small manufacturing businesses. The interface is intuitive and can be easily customized by non-developers, making it accessible for everyone in the team. Additionally, the support team is incredibly polite and easy to work with. They are always available to assist whenever needed, ensuring a smooth experience. If you're in the market for a CRM that meets both customer management and manufacturing needs, Tall Emu CRM is an excellent choice!

From hero to zero.
Comments: When we first implemented the system just over 12 months ago, it was fantastic. Whilst I have some 'work-arounds' in our processes, for an 'off the shelf' system it was ideal for our needs. Whilst we still find it good for sales and inventory management, the major issues with integration with our finance system, stemming from changes TE have implemented, means we are now questioning if we need to look at a different system going forward. We have gone from a robust, working system to one that is now very fragile.
Pros:
The ability to capture all our possible 100,000 + product items so that quotes and sales orders can be raised without needing to look up or enter new data. The software has removed at least three stages of manual data entry from our processes which has had a significant impact on efficiency.
Cons:
Sadly, recent updates done by Tall Emu have significantly impacted our business and the ability of the system to integrate with Xero, our accounting system. Help information is either non-existent or out-of-date. Help desk staff try to be helpful but seem to lack basic accounting knowledge so cannot work through issues. Harder issues are just not fixed.

Hi Alison, It's really disappointing to hear of your experience. As of 16 September, Tall Emu was reacquired from MYOB by one of the original founders. Since then, we have been contacting Tall Emu customers to make sure their outstanding and ongoing concerns are addressed. We have a completely different way of working now, and ensuring customers receive the best support is top of our list. I understand that we've been in quite a bit of communication with you to ensure you are on track with Tall Emu (since the reacquisition). Comments: We happened to be in Sydney recently and had a chance to meet the team face to face. It was great to be able to meet these guys and have a brainstorming session and take some extra training.
Pros:
If you are in the market for a CRM platform that is reliable and well priced then talk the the crew at Tall Emu CRM.
Cons:
Take the training if offered! Not really a con though.....

Comments:
We were a new business and wanted a common platform to operate both as a CRM and Order Management through to Logistics and Tall Emu is ideal for this.
It is intuitive, we were actually live prior to the onboarding, it REALLY is that easy to use.
Pros:
The speed at which we could get operational, simplicity is the key!
Cons:
Following the acquisition the service levels fell of. Now back with the founder, service levels expected to return to previous levels.
