We have been very pleased with the entire system in general. It is very user friendly and promotes accuracy and accountability for everyone in the practice. > > **Cons**: In the beginning, the transition was quite the curve ball, but, we have definitely surpassed that. My biggest con is the reporting system I find difficult to navigate at times and as a person in the billing department, we do not like the transaction you have to use for a returned payment.
