The application allows for the user to call, receive calls, track calls, transfer calls, save contacts and even block contacts. In itself it is great, but it excels in multiple user environments (like firms or offices). This allows for multiple calls to be received, communicated with and monitored. I also am pleased with the meeting like options; it integrates other popular features (such as scheduling or texting) in one app.

> **Cons**: My least favorite feature by far is the bugs. I am currently struggling with my ring app not obeying my ring tone preferences. I also have experienced at times the ring not notifying me of calls on my screen (which is a great feature as well).

> My overall experience is great\! I really do enjoy this app. It is one of those apps where it simply integrates all forms of communication into one app in a seamless and modern fashion.
