It shows people what the systems is capable of but does not teach them how to use it. You are then left with a great system which you have to learn to navigate. The Help pages are not always helpful and a search can sometimes come up with either no options, or too many options to review. (Where the help team have been contacted for support, their responses have always been informative and resolved the queries.) > > Slow to pick up and understand more than the basic actions.
