> **Pros**: What I like most is how much of our academy management is now in one place. Memberships, payments, class bookings, attendance and student information are much easier to manage. I also really like the student development side of the platform, being able to track attendance, belt progression and other information about our students makes it feel like much more than just a billing system. It has significantly reduced the amount of manual admin I was doing every week.

> **Cons**: The platform is still evolving, so there are some features and small improvements I would like to see added over time. But, nothing that is critical missing. That said, the team has been very responsive to feedback, and I've already seen improvements being implemented since we started using it.

> We've been using MatPilot for about a month at our Jiu Jitsu academy, and it has genuinely changed the way I manage the business. Before MatPilot, I was using different systems and doing a lot of things manually. Having everything connected in one platform has made the day-to-day operation much simpler and has given me more time to focus on our students and the academy itself. Even after only one month, it has made a huge difference for us.
