The clock in/clock out functionality is equally strong: it's simple enough that our whole team adopted it without training, but robust enough to flag late clock-ins, missed clock-outs, and overtime automatically. Having attendance data sync directly into payroll calculations eliminated a manual step that used to eat up hours every pay period. For a US-based company, it's refreshing to find a platform that handles these day-to-day HR mechanics this cleanl
