> **Pros**: Great ERP Software.  It will do / track anything you want.  If you have a disciplined team that stays up on it's data, the system will do exactly what you want it to do.  We are a mid-sized manufacturer that utilizes a fair amount of modules.  Some include Engineering (item maintenance), MRP/MPS, Sales Orders, Purchasing, Work Orders, Inventory, Shipping, Billing, Financial.

> **Cons**: As with any off the shelf ERP software, it does include all generic modules a business needs to function.  If you make widgets, you could probably get away with using the software as is.  We are a job-shop that produces custom make to order aluminum products so we had to customize the software.  Whenever there are patches, we need to track what we have done so we can make sure our customizations still work.

> We have been running Glovia software for over 16 years.  Their technical support staff is very good.  Any issues we have had, they have been able to assist with.  Overall, we have been pleased.

> **Pros**: Not much to like here.  Software is very dated and has obviously been passed around from \[sensitive content hidden\] over the cost of its life.

> **Cons**: The team from CrescentOne.  Not true partners in any sense of the word.  They were out to collect a check and not truly care about their client, even long-term subscribers.

> We used Glovia G2 for 15+ years in the metal part fabrication industry.  There are so many better ERP systems out there in the market, which is why we elected to stop using Glovia.  Glovia's roots date back to several decades ago and it is apparent those same roots are still running the software.  We feel like there might be 1 person at the company who actually knows how it works.

The team from CrescentOne, the latest \[sensitive content hidden\] of the Glovia software, are simply squeezing the orange to get the last bits of revenue out of this ERP before they let it fade to black.  They are not true business "partners" and will trash any long-standing relationships to make an extra dollar.  Stay away - there are better options out there\!
