Quite frankly, up until we acquired this my team had connections naming their files "draft\_final\_v2\_final" and was putting files in all the wrong folders. As a data specialist I was in a great problem, looking for hours for things. Now, Revver file all this. If I upload a document its name is perfectly changed and it is placed in the proper folder and will be separate and not attached to anything. This has saved us a lot of hours each week\! Plus, we no longer have to purchase additional software such as DocuSign, since DocuSign is included in the program, which is another plus – we save money. Now finding files is super fast, by doing a search for a keyword it shows up in 1 second. This has been a real life saver in organizing our files. File sharing is also very easy to use. > > **Cons**: Slow with uploading large PDFs. In addition, it's overly complex to set up security permissions and AI workflow. I had to call help 'cause five times to grasp that. > > If you're a large company with an excessive amount of paperwork, Revver is quite great to put an end to the document chaos.
