I used the free app for the first 10yrs of my business. I eventually set up a paid account so I could utilize the extra utilities. especially the text reminders and email reminders. I have researched other business and health App.s and I find this one is the easiest to set up. Also the help you get is very prompt and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers. So if the customer texts back to that number instead of my personal number I don't get the messages. This is a big issue. I would love that to change. So please admin if you are reading this. Change your program to let the customer send the reply to the text message to our personal phone numbers not to the automated one. I have a message on the automated message to text or ring my number but people don't read all the message and just press reply. > > Over all very pleased and don't want to change.
