DocuSign offers great documents preparation features which allows me to keep all the documents that needs signing well organized, allowing me to have a clear overview of which documents are already signed and which ones are on the waitlist. I also like the advanced security features offered in DocuSign including multifactor authentication which help ensure that only me can access and sign documents. DocuSign also has a direct share feature which makes it easy to share or transfer documents directly after signing them.
