> **Pros**: There are a ton of features and the team is always looking for feedback on how to improve. Over 1500 employees and our recent upgrade to web based platform was easily adopted due to ease of use. Overall quality of the system is great. Rarely is there an issue with the system.

> **Cons**: For document management would be nice to have a pdf editor built in so the new native file format folders can divide up documents much like document viewer did in the past. 

The team and I did get a process in place to get around this but it would be a nice feature in the future.

> Benefits are ease of use. Not having to have another program installed on our local machines and the ability to move to newer releases with minimal down time. 

Experience with ScerIS ETCETERA has been great.

> We have been using Sceris for over 12 years, and recently upgraded to ECM Version 12.5 and also migrated to their cloud-based solution.  We have been very happy with the results.
Overall, Sceris has a great product, a great process, and great people to work with, all at a reasonable price.
