> **Cons**: Software is buggy, the uploading process is cumbersome and has issues with delegating content to playlists.  Sometimes the player just stops running and often needs rebooting. I've had to upgrade players three times in 5 years which gets expensive. The customer support is spotty and their follow up is below average.

> I had high expectations, and it has served me fairly well for the past five years, but I've discovered simpler, less expensive solutions with the exact features I need, hence I've moved on.

> **Cons**: It still does not work correctly. it was supposed to be plug and play. After taking the initial steps to connect it our wifi, we have had to uninstall the app and seem to do a hard reset every other day for it to function. The slide formats that the company offers are more geared towards menu boards than advertising. Once the slides are formatted, you cannot preview them until they are updated on the media player. The online viewing doesn't work for every slide.
