We have managed to successfully adapt the software to our needs and would be lost without.&#10;&#10;I was a little hesitant when the changeover happened and the implementations on the site were adopted but they have improved something I did not believe needed improving.  Love it\!

> **Cons**: As we are based in Australia, if we need direction on something that we can not find the answer to via the online help facility, due to the time differences we have to rely on emails.

As an entrepreneur restarting my business after a job layoff, funds are not easily accessible for me increase to an upper level.

> **Pros**: Ability to keep all members of my team connected to what is happening in a case. Connecting emails, portal conversations, texts, etc so everyone can see the progress on a matter is so important. Also integrationality with other software apps is critical and it does this well.

> **Cons**: Leads kanban is pretty much useless because it doesn't connect to email, so there's essentially no functionality to it.
> 
> It's not perfect, but it's way better than Clio and Practice Panther based on my usage. Customer service is pretty responsive. Rollouts are not always smooth, unfortunately, but they do seem to be doing updates from time to time. I don't see them responding to customer suggestions very often.
