Comments: We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.

My humble opinion as a beginner
Comments: I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think
Pros:
I have been working with bitrix24 over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated. Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features. Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.
Cons:
As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

Take a good look around before falling on Bitrix
Comments: I am forced to use it in my company, but basically we only use CRM and internal messaging. Other ERPs that I have studied and that I use for other projects are much more intuitive and immediate.
Pros:
It's fair to say that in its free version it still has enough usable features.
Cons:
The usability, the layout and graphics settings and, in general, the user experience that requires a very long learning curve. The entire platform system (colors, positions, fonts, notifications...) is baroque and the functions are not at all intuitive.

Comments: Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Pros:
For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Cons:
There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

Much done, but still much to improve
Comments: I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).
Pros:
Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.
Cons:
Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it. Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)

It is very simple to use, it has a lot of options but doesn't feel heavy

Not very user friendly
Comments: Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.
Pros:
I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system
Cons:
It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.

Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.
Cons:
Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.

Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24.
Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better.

Difficult to keep abreast of feature enhancements due to length of youtube videos and sometimes support notes are not easy to understand.

All-in-one Management Tool
Comments: Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.
Pros:
I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.
Cons:
Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

A Powerful Tool You Need!
Pros:
What I love most about Bitrix24 is that we only need one system to handle everything! I don't need 3 separate systems for accounting, CRM, task management- I only need just this one.
Cons:
I've had plenty of time working with Bitrix24 to test out it's performance and it hasn't let us down! I have no dislikes.

Comments: Bitrix24 helps us to run our projects more effectively and efficiently by allowing us to come together and work closely as one team. This allows us to put focus on the things that matters to us and the end result is excellent projects. The experience has been outstanding and we are intending to keep using Bitrix24 for forever.
Pros:
We always get an upper hand when using Bitrix24 to manage our projects as it brings us all together under the same roof and allows us to work in unison and collaborate effectively. It has good communication channels like instant messaging, video and audio calling and files sharing which makes it easy for us to keep every updated and on the know. Bitrix24 has a good and easy to engage with dashboards which help us to have a unified view over our projects in order to know what has been done and what's pending.
Cons:
Bitrix24 has a been straightforward to use product and having not experienced a single issue, i can say it has been giving me a perfect experience.

Worth Considering If Your After a CRM
Pros:
Bitrix24 has a ton of features without being to overwhelming. If your after a CRM its worthing spending a bit of time with Bitrix and compare it to other products. I prefer it to Hubspot. It also has many other features including task management, a website builder, worktime tracking plus many more!
Cons:
I dislike in their marketing they use the term "Replaces all your current SaaS solutions" how do they know this they dont know what Saas programs I use. Its likely it could replace quite a few but not all of them.

Comments: Horrible mainly due to their integrated channel partner Kala Group Technologies who defrauded me and when I came to Bitrix for help, they were very rude and did not care about the pain I was going through.
Pros:
At 1st glance it looks great, like their platform can do anything your businesses needed but it is false adervisting.
Cons:
They do not actually manage their own business or customers, Instead, they pass you off to shady channel partners from all over the wold who lie and cheat to take your money. When you complain, they say (we have a no refund policy)

Challenging but worth it
Comments: Overall my experience with the platform was okay. A little challenging at times because their approach is not conventional but it gets the job done well once setup correctly
