> **Pros**: The network-out design of Swiftfox is why it's so good; it's one of the few software products that I've used that is able to communicate so much of what is important to us so simply and intuitively, and I keep the home page open on dedicated workstation all the time. That being said though, the MPLS auto-balancing function is hands down the best feature and is totally absent from any other competing product that I've ever looked at.

> **Cons**: The interface is a bit quirky at first glance but like the other aspects of the software is based on how you need to see information and the links to dig down into a customer or device are exactly where you would expect them to be.

> I built my business on Swiftfox after auditioning several other products when we were starting up. Because of that, it's hard to say whether it works so great because it's so well designed to suit our needs, or it's because we built our business to operate based on the best practises that are the underpinnings of Swiftfox's design. It's a bit of a chicken and the egg scenario, but regardless of which reason I can't think of a product or service provider who has done more for me in any business I have ever operated.
