Free starting tier: A provider that completes 99 or fewer trips in a month pays nothing for the software that month. Starting requires no credit card, there is no trial period, and nothing is held back; free and paid accounts run the same product.
Usage-based software fee: Once monthly volume goes past 100 trips, the fee is calculated from estimated driving time across completed trips, counting only the minutes a rider is on board. Deadhead, empty return legs, and idle vehicles add nothing. Most providers end up below $50 monthly per vehicle in active use; for example, a five-van operation with all five vans working typically pays under $250 a month. Invoices are issued monthly after the usage occurs, so a slower month produces a smaller bill.
Included in the fee: Every module (booking, dispatch, the driver app, billing with CMS-1500 claims, reports, broker integrations, links that let families track rides, and the facility portal), the AI phone agent, unlimited user logins, live training for the team, and moving data over from a previous system.
Never charged: Setup fees for the software, per-seat or per-driver fees, per-vehicle licenses, cancellation fees, or any percentage of trip revenue.
Contract terms: Month-to-month. A provider can stop at any time.
Optional growth services (billed separately, never required to use the software):
Google Ads management: $200 monthly and up, plus ad spend the provider pays Google directly; software customers skip the $400 setup charge.
Facility outreach: $2,000 monthly ($1,600 for software customers). Duet guarantees eight facility decision-maker meetings in month one, and if fewer happen, the calling continues free until the count is met. Packages above and below that size can be arranged.
Website design: $400 (single page) or $650 (five pages), paid once, whether the site is new or rebuilt. Hosting is $180 a year, with the first year free for providers whose software account is active at launch. The provider owns the domain and the finished site.
Off-page listings and reviews: $400 a month, no setup fee, month-to-month.
Remote dispatching: priced according to scope.
