> **Pros**: The dashboards are clean, fast, and actually useful. I can get from raw search data to something actionable without spending ages building reports or fighting the UI.

> **Cons**: I’d still like a bit more flexibility around customizing and exporting some of the reports, but nothing that gets in the way of using it day to day.
