> **Pros**: It has clearly been built by people who understand the flooring trade. Estimating is much quicker, particularly working out the best roll widths and reducing waste. Being able to go from measuring a job through to a professional quote and then manage the customer in the CRM saves us a lot of time. It’s straightforward to use and new features seem to be added regularly based on feedback from actual users.

> **Cons**: There are still a few areas that could be improved and some features take a little time to get used to. The system is also developing quite quickly, so occasionally something has changed since you last used it. That said, support has been very responsive and suggestions we’ve made have actually been acted on.

> Very positive. We previously used different methods for measuring, estimating, quoting and keeping track of customers. PlanIt brings all of that together and is much more suited to how a flooring business actually works. The estimating and waste optimisation alone are useful, but having quotes, customers, jobs and follow-ups in one place makes the biggest difference. It feels like the product is being developed alongside the flooring businesses using it rather than being a generic system adapted for flooring.
