I like how everything is kept in one place, which makes it easier to manage loads, drivers, documents, and important information. The system is user-friendly, reliable, and has helped make our workflow more efficient

> **Pros**: One system instead of five — loads, dispatch, driver payroll, safety, and driver messaging all in one place. Live tracking works with the ELD/GPS hardware we already had, so no new contract. Settlements are the biggest time-saver: fuel imports itself onto the right paystub and the ACH file exports straight to the bank. It also catches fuel fraud — it cross-checks every fuel card swipe against where the truck actually was and how much fuel the tank took, so card sharing and phantom fill-ups get flagged instead of quietly costing us money. Drivers upload PODs from their phones, which killed most of the paperwork phone calls. Support actually ships fixes right away.

> **Cons**: It is very easy to learn and use but plan couple days to make sure you are all setup before you go live.

> We came off a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and Strivie replaced all of it. Dispatch, payroll, and safety now work off the same data, so there's no arguing about whose number is right. It's fast, the interface is clean, and permissions are granular enough that each department sees its own world. Best part for another carrier: it plugs into the equipment and vendors you already use instead of forcing you into theirs.
