Pricing is feature-based, not usage-based: you are not billed per request, per token, or per seat — tiers are differentiated by capabilities and scale, not by call volume. Every plan is an on-premise licence that runs entirely inside your own infrastructure and includes the full pre-execution engine; higher tiers add capacity (active policies, users), compliance frameworks, and enterprise controls.

Billing: 
Plans are paid annually or monthly. Annual billing is discounted by roughly 17–20% depending on tier — an annual plan effectively bills at the lower monthly rate. Enterprise is annual, quoted directly. All pricing is in EUR and invoiced directly; B2B only, company name and VAT-ID required.

Free trial:
A free, no-obligation 60-day trial is available on request 
(one per organisation). 
Because PREEXEC is on-premise, the trial runs inside your own environment on your own real requests — so you can measure catch rate and false positives, and tune strictness, before committing to anything.

Plans:
Solo — €1,788/year or €179/month. For solo practitioners in confidentiality-bound professions such as legal and tax advisory. 
One active production policy in a single sector domain (legal or tax), single instance, AI Policy Generator to author your own rules, tamper-evident SHA-256 audit chain, email support.

Starter — €4,188/year or €419/month. For small firms (2–5 users). Everything in Solo, plus up to 5 active policies, batch evaluation, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control alignment, and audit-log search and export.

Professional — €23,880/year or €2,490/month. For regulated mid-market organisations. Everything in Starter, plus up to 10 active policies, calibration bundles and auto-tuning, knowledge-graph risk propagation, control mappings for ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and NIS2, OIDC single sign-on, a human-adjudication (review) queue, and a 48-hour email SLA.

Enterprise — custom pricing, direct sales. For banks and other regulated institutions. Everything in Professional, plus unlimited active policies with custom authoring, the full framework set, RFC-3161 timestamp anchoring, SIEM integration, model registry and webhooks, multi-tenancy, custom RBAC, white-label branding, meta-policy, arbitration and decision replay, and a 24-hour email SLA with onboarding.

Add-on: EU AI Act Pack — €25,000/year (included in Enterprise). A Professional add-on that adds EU AI Act conformity tooling (Annex-IV-oriented evidence), on-demand compliance evidence reports (PDF), and conformity-evidence export drawn straight from the audit chain.

What determines your tier. Choose by the number of active production policies you run, the number of users, the
compliance frameworks you need mapped, and the enterprise controls your environment requires (multi-tenancy, white-label, SIEM, SLA). Most single-domain practices run on Solo or Starter; organisations governing several domains or teams choose Professional; institutions with strict audit, multi-tenant, or white-label requirements take Enterprise. The EU AI Act Pack is added when Annex-IV conformity evidence is required, and is already included at the Enterprise tier.

Delivery. Software is delivered via secure download or encrypted USB stick by post (your choice); the licence key is
issued after payment. All tiers are on-premise, with no external dependency and no data leaving your infrastructure.
