> **Pros**: The software is easy to use and intuitive, and feels like a purpose-built leasing solution rather than a leasing module added onto a broader platform. It is highly customisable, which allows the system to be tailored to specific lease portfolios, reporting requirements and business processes. Customer support is also a key strength ,the team is responsive, knowledgeable and quick to resolve queries or provide guidance when needed.

Overall, the experience has been positive, and I have not encountered any significant issues or areas of concern that would warrant additional feedback. The software has performed as expected and has been reliable for its intended purpose. Any minor queries or issues that have arisen have generally been addressed promptly through customer support and have not materially impacted the overall user experience. At this point, I do not have any particular recommendations for improvement, as the existing functionality and level of support have adequately met our requirements and expectations.
