> **Pros**: I like just how much information Harvv provides while also keeping it easy to understand. I'm not thrown a bunch of acronyms and numbers and percentages that I know nothing about. I'm given information that I can parse and actually act on to improve performance on my website. 

For example, I had broken javascript on my website for months that was slowing down the website, especially on mobile. 80% of my customer base accesses the site on their phones. I knew conversion was low, but I couldn't figure out why. Microsoft Clarity told me there was broken javascript, but I don't know the first thing about coding outside of basic HTML and making any changes to the code on our site terrifies me. Clarity could tell me there was broken script, but not what it was, where it was, or how to fix it. Harvv could tell me all of that so it could finally be fixed.

> **Cons**: Harvv does use a lot of AI. Some solutions will request you to copy/paste a solution into your AI builder to generate new coding or solutions to update your website. If you don't already use AI, you will probably want to start using it.

However, you can just as easily give the prompt to your web developer and have them fix up the issue. AI isn't required and is just there to help out people who don't have a web developer or who have very little developer experience and are trying to update their site themselves.

> Overall, my experience has been positive\! There is a bit of a learning curve if you don't know anything about websites and measuring traffic at all (no idea what "above the fold" meant before Harvv) but it's not hard to learn and Harvv provides resources to help you out.
