> **Pros**: I loved how easy it was to jump in immediately and start utilizing Planur, even in the middle a busy event season\! I love the "approval" feature so now my team is always on the same page about what the final layout is and there are no mishaps day of an event\!

The live link so layout adjustments are easy to manage is a live saver. I was so happy that I could design those, save as a grouping and drop them in floor plans for clients to view. Customer support has been great- it’s honestly so user friendly that I haven’t needed it much. It’s such a great tool to use- I am proud of the final product that I can share with my clients. It makes communication  so easy.

It is priced fairly, especially given the going rates for similar industry products. The customer service is outstanding; very responsive to suggestions and requests.

> **Cons**: It's not really a con, but if I had to name something, it'd be that it is a newer products so some of the kinks are still being worked out. We are beta testers, so when we find a kink, it is immediately addressed.
