There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-student fee and no percentage of revenue. Plans are month to month. Migration from your current software is free. If you leave, Roll does not charge a transfer fee; the payment gateway may assess a data transfer fee, which Roll does not collect. Safe Academy 360, an optional add-on, is $25 per month per academy plus $5 per month per certified coach, with no setup fee. Premium site sections, advanced analytics and custom integrations are quoted by scope before any work begins. With dual pricing, the card price includes a clearly labeled service fee paid by the member, so the academy does not pay the card processing cost.
