> **Pros**: The standout for us is how easy Rollify is to use. We have several older team members who aren’t overly confident with technology, but they’ve been able to get their heads around the software and use it comfortably.

Having Australian-based support available during normal Australian business hours is another huge plus. When we need help, we can speak to someone during our working day and keep things moving.

> **Cons**: The onboarding process was the biggest challenge for me. I’m not particularly tech savvy, and as the main operator of the business, finding time to set everything up alongside the day-to-day workload was difficult. It took longer than I expected.

That’s not a criticism of the Rollify team, but something worth being prepared for. The effort has paid off once everything was up and running; getting through the initial setup was simply the main pain point.

It’s streamlined our quoting process and helped us increase revenue by allowing us to quote projects on site promptly, without heading back to the office to cross-check multiple price grids. As a business owner, that’s made a huge difference to my workload and how quickly we can get quotes to customers.

The onboarding took longer than I wanted or expected, but the benefits have made the effort worthwhile. Compared with our previous software, Rollify is light years ahead, particularly when it comes to having control over our own data. I’d happily recommend it to other blinds and curtains businesses.
