It does a great job reviewing the plans and identifying discrepancies, coordination issues, and potential conflicts between the different trades that can easily be missed during a normal plan review.

As a general contractor, catching these issues early is extremely valuable. It gives us an opportunity to address questions and conflicts before construction starts rather than finding them in the field, where they can lead to delays, RFIs, change orders, and additional costs.

The platform is easy to use, the reports are clear, and I've been surprised by some of the items it has been able to pick up. It's become another useful layer of quality control when reviewing a new set of plans. I think there is a lot of potential for this type of technology in the construction industry and would definitely recommend Flikt AI to other contractors, developers, architects and trade professionals.
